In this episode of Moving Arizona we talk to Teresa Welborn. Teresa recently retired from her role as Administrator for the Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) where she worked with Jennifer Toth, MCDOT Director and County Engineer, to reshape the agency. Teresa’s experience includes serving greater Tucson from her work with the Mayor’s office, greater Phoenix through her work with MCDOT, and Greater Arizona from her roles at the Arizona Department of Transportation. Teresa brings insights and wisdom regarding community engagement, the value of the partnering process, and the importance of supporting one another through mentorship.
