Happy 2022! We are starting the New Year off by talking about the story that inspired the 2008 movie, Changeling, an absolutely incompetent police department, reasons you could involuntarily commit women to psych wards in the 1920’s, and also an evil psychopathic young man who abused and murdered young boys on his farm. Hannah teaches Katy that all 8-12 year old boys look generally the same, and that the only reliable source on who they are is a handwriting expert and the Illinois school system. And Katy teaches Hannah when the FBI was invented and whether or not kidnapping is a federal crime (spoiler alert: not the 1940’s, and we actually never looked it up.) It's a doozy, and takes a ton of twists and turns, but hang in there!
There are plenty of drinking game opportunities in this one, whether you’re drinking wine (Hannah), bubbly water (Katy), or anything in between!
