Description

In this episode the lads chat about the ever important ‘outsourcing in business’. As all business owners know, time is our most important yet scarce resource when it comes to business - there are never enough hours in the day to get all jobs completed! There is always a battle between your personal life and business life and getting this balance right is one of the most difficult aspects of business. The boys discuss how you can value your time, what dollar figure you put on your time, and how this then correlates to the tasks at hand and priority list of tasks to do. They speak about how to outsource, how to identify areas in desperate need of outsourcing, where to start, what metrics and strategies you can use to track productivity of yourself and the potential role you are getting outsourced, and how this all ties together with the day-day operations and costs of the business. Lastly, they chat about integrating the company vision, values and direction into your business and staff members.

This episode is appropriate for health professional business owners, health professionals, health professional students, and business owners in general.
