#183 - Every weekend, Mike would tell himself, "This is the week I get back on track," and every week, he would go back to his old habits. At his heaviest, Mike was over 260 lbs, and started to dislike what he was seeing reflected in the mirror. He knew he needed to make a change.
After doing a few workouts I posted on Instagram, he decided to dive into 1-1 coaching and almost instantly lost 20 lbs!
