What metrics are you using to measure progress?
If you're using just one metric to measure your progress like a number on the scale, you might not be getting the full picture. Weight is just one way to measure your progress. But the number on the scale might be deceiving or even deflating, especially as you replace fat with muscle mass, which is more dense than fat and thus weighs more, resulting in a seemingly stagnant scale number.
