#057 - Today I'm joined by Jake Labhart who is the Director of Tactical Development at Ten Thousand, Inc. He's also a busy dad, and a U.S. Army Veteran, with Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He primarily specializes in functional fitness training with tactical units, such as SWAT and Special Forces, and he's sharing his expertise with us! Specifically, Jake teaches us how to work smarter and not harder by being honest with ourselves about our capabilities and by focusing on quality over quantity!
