In this week’s episode, Rachel is joined by Sarah Bogue. Sarah and Rachel have been friends for nearly seven years due to their children becoming fast friends. With many similar interests, Rachel’s family soon discovered that Sarah and her family are “the real deal.” Just down-to-earth, good humans.
Sarah shares a bit about her background to start the show. She talks about how moving to the states from Germany at the age of six, traveling around quite a bit growing up, and struggling to put roots down anywhere really created negative effects on her body and life.
She continues to share her winding story about how she was in and out of the hospital, going misdiagnosed for so long until she was finally diagnosed with Lupus and was able to begin her healing journey. A journey she has been on since 2015.
Rachel read the book, “Medical Medium” by Anthony William and received an intuitive hit to see if Sarah would read the book if she gave it to her. Tune in to hear how the rest of the story continues for Sarah.
