She is an expert in non-operative treatment of musculoskeletal injuries for the past 17 years and is one of the best in the country.
She received her undergrad from Dartmouth College and attended medical school at Cornell Univerisity
Currently, she is a team physician for Roxbury high school, Morris Hills high school, Morristown Beard School, Delbarton high school, and a former medical consultant for the New York Jets.
She is an expert in Frozen Shoulder Syndrome and has been seeing an increasing amount of cases since the COVID-19 pandemic.
It usually starts off as a normal pain in the shoulder and progressively worsens to the point where lifting overhead and behind the back seems impossible.
Because of her experience, I knew she has to come on our podcast and share her insights with us regarding this condition.
