We need to heal to be able to thrive. Jealousy is when you find it difficult to celebrate other people's success because you don't have that kind of success in your life yet and fear you never will have it.
How to heal jealousy:
1. Acknowledge your jealousy.
2. Ask yourself: What is my jealousy trying to tell me? What is it that I want for myself and my life? Why do I believe I can't have that?
3. Identify the limiting belief and replace it with an empowering one.
