It was one of those days in the Passion Week; Jesus was doing His thing teaching and preaching. But the temple was enemy territory; the religious elite would have none of it. They didn’t care what His credentials were, they were plain to see; Jesus was moving in on their sheep and they were more than prepared to go to war to protect what was theirs. For honour, prestige and wealth they hated, rejected and would kill their own Messiah. Folks, the warning to the religious elite is dire but all those that stumble at the rock of offense will be broken!
