Christ's people have been saved; we do not do good deeds to be saved. The Great Samaritan has already saved you; Jesus has reconciled you to the Father; He brought you into the safe haven of the Church, His Bride, given you His ministering saints, bidden us to bring you to maturity so you many do those good deeds and He promised to reward us when He returns. Therefore, be true followers of our Lord; do the practical deeds of kindness of mercy and kindness. If you have failed to be available for others physical or spiritual needs before, begin now with a generous heart and the generous God you serve will bless you generously.
