Strengthened by God, such an empowering three-word statement. Most think to be strengthened by God, the one who is the Creator of all things, the one who knows all, the one who sees all, the one who is professed as the Alpha and Omega, surely to be strengthened by the King of Kings, would surely mean that one life and path should be a bit easier than the rest.
However, Luke 12:48 lets us know such an assumption could not be further from the truth as scripture explains, “To whom much is given, much is required.” When God strengthens us, it is a little self-centered for us to believe that the strength given to us is all about us.
