Amongst other things she won a lifetime achievement award from the Recruitment Consulting Services Association in 2018. In 2020, Beaumont People was recognised as the 4th Best Place to Work in Australia for companies with under 100 employees.
She's survived the GFC, she's not letting COVID win and she is a firm advocate for just giving it a go.
