"I work for the NHS as a mental health therapist.
Just a little bit of information.
I served 27 years in the British Army and reached the rank of Captain from
Private soldier.
I served multiple times in Northern Ireland, Bosnia, Iraq and Afghanistan. I was awarded the MSM from the queen in 2019.
Leaving the forces I became a MH therapist after caring for sick and injured soldiers and suffering poor MH myself while serving.
I became a GB (AG) on my 5th attempt and during COVID a planned a trip to be the first person to swim to the Isle of from England - this was achieved on my second attempt.
I started Fleetwood Triathlon Club when leaving the Army and we were awarded by Lancashire Active with a specialĀ community award in 2024."
