Description

We will see today that even Jesus was rejected in His hometown, by His own people.  As we perform our God given duties, our God given work, many of us will be rejected as well.

That doesn’t sound very encouraging does it.  It's encouraging because, like Jesus we are not working for the world, We are working for God.  We are not working for likes from our friends, to be featured in an article, or for any other worldly glorification.  We are working because it is our duty, it is our sacrifice, because it is our God given gift, and so on.

There are many reasons why we work and many avenues within which we work, but above all, we are working for the glory of God and for the furtherance of His kingdom.
