- Most of them were Korean nationals returning from those areas
- One more on USFK, bringing total to 16
- New mandated quarantine for arrivals started yesterday
- 45 are under police investigation for breaking quarantine
- a year in jail or 10 million won fine
- deportation for foreigners
- Today, eight were deported for refusing quarantine
- New arrivals will be tested at Seoul Sports Stadium--all the way in Jamsil
- Seoul is supplying 200 taxis for W130,000 to Jamsil
