      • Most of them were Korean nationals returning from those areas
    • One more on USFK, bringing total to 16
• New mandated quarantine for arrivals started yesterday
• 45 are under police investigation for breaking quarantine
  • a year in jail or 10 million won fine
  • deportation for foreigners
• Today, eight were deported for refusing quarantine
• New arrivals will be tested at Seoul Sports Stadium--all the way in Jamsil
  • Seoul is supplying 200 taxis for W130,000 to Jamsil
