Born in Cali, Colombia, in 1991, artist and film directorValeria Jaramillo builds an eclectic and anachronisticuniverse through the exploration of differentmeans of expression which study the Aristotelian dilemmaof human passions.She graduated with honors in 2012 from JaverianaUniversity, where she studied visual arts. Then, in2016, she moved to Paris, France, where she obtainedher master's degree in film directing at the School ofcinema of Luc Besson. In 2018 she continued her studiesin History at Paris 8 University. She practices cinema,photography, painting, mural painting, drawing,sculpture, etching and writing.
