Description

We all have a story, and that story continues to unfold.  There are times when we can rewrite our story by looking back with a healthier perspective and we all can take charge of writing how story going forward.  Narrative therapy is so useful in recognizing how our environments have shaped our identity and empower us to shape who we want to become.  Brittany Collins, LPC-S, PhD Candidate utilizes narrative therapy in her work with athletes but also in shaping her own journey and joins us on Unit3d to talk about ways we all can be the authors telling the tale of our own journey.
