Wade Nakamura is the head girls basketball coach at Presentation High School. He has previously coached at Homestead High School, Leland High School and has won six CCS championships as a head coach in his 24 year coaching career. Wade is the son of legendary coach Gene Nakamura who was the head coach at Berkeley High for 25 years. Gene Nakamura’s won three state titles, eight NorCal crowns and 563 career victories. Wade has created his own legacy in the and is widely regarded as one of the best coaches in the Bay Area.
