But, such people are actually your teachers.
I know that sounds shocking but I know that it's true.
Look on these people as gifts from God, as gifts from the Universe.
They give you insights about yourself.
They give you insights about your beliefs.
They give you increased awareness about your principles.
They give you direction for your learning and development.
I show you some examples to help you extract the full value of these gifts for your life.
As you do this, your self-awareness grows. And a key characteristic of highly-effective leaders is high levels of self-awareness.
I'm sure this episode can help you to reframe experiences in your life that, up until now, have been deeply upsetting.
