In this episode of The Thought Vault, I talk with children's author, Sonia Amin. Her recent book is all about teaching children how to capture their thoughts, and what to do with them. I felt this was a PERFECT topic for this audience. While the premise of Sonia's book is to help children, and their parents, it applies to everyone!

We talk a lot about mindset and thinking on The Thought Vault and learning the technique Sonia describes in her book will definitely give you yet another tool to help improve your thought life!

In this episode we also discuss:

  1. The importance of taking time to think and become intentional about our thoughts
  2. Define what "Human Nutrition" is  and describe the physical impact thoughts have on our bodies
  3. How to bridge what science has taught us about how our minds work and our lives as Christians

Sonia is a Christian, pharmacist, Human Nutritionist and is such a sweet person! Be sure to grab her book, "Bax and His Bubbles" it is a great read! Be sure to follow her in this places:
