CD 1557 It's Jesus on the Inside

Are you a Blood bought believer?  If you say yes the you have a friend that sticks closer than a brother ( see Proverbs 18:24)! Jesus Christ is your elder brother ( see Romans 8:29) and lives in you. Study carefully Jesus' teachings in the Gospel of John 15:1-7 then read Paul's teaching:

*Galatians 4:19 KJVS

My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed IN you,

*Text 2 Corinthians 13:5 KJVS

Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is IN you, except ye be reprobates?

Read that verse again and hold this truth in your heart: JESUS CHRIST IS IN YOU! Paul wasn’t speaking in metaphors. He literally means that Jesus Christ is dwelling within those at Corinth but those today in Christ's church. Christ isn’t outside of us as some kind of Helper in our time of need; He actually lives in us and is with us all the time because He desires to fellowship with His children.

Let's build our faith by the Word of God. There are many verses in the Bible that teach  us unmistakably that Jesus Christ lives in His believers.

*Romans 8:8-10 KJVS

So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. [9] But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God DWELL in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. [10] And if CHRIST BE IN YOU, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

*2 Corinthians 4:5-11 KJVS

For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake. [6] For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. [7] But we have this treasure IN earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us. [8] We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; [9] Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed; [10] Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body. [11] For we which live are alway delivered unto death for Jesus' sake, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh.

*Galatians 1:15-16 KJVS

But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother's womb, and called me by his grace, [16] to reveal his son IN me, that I might preach him among the heathen; immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood:

*Galatians 2:20-21 KJVS

I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth IN me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. [21] I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.

*Colossians 1:27-29 KJVS

To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ IN you, the hope of glory: [28] Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus: [29] Whereunto I also labour, striving according to his working, which worketh in me mightily.

*2 Thessalonians 1:10-12 KJVS

When he shall come to be glorified IN his saints, and to be admired IN all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day. [11] Wher
