Description

I've got a little story for you today! And like all good stories, there's both a happy ending AND some takeaways about what I learned in the process.

What's the story about? A late (and subsequently lost) package containing a light.

In this episode I tell you the story and the lessons I took from it - which parallel beautifully with life on and off the mindful movement mat - including:

> how being 'nice' can be a way of throwing what you want and need out the window

> the importance of shifting perspective when repeated attempts to make something work don't work

> how changing the INPUT is an effective way to alter the OUTPUT

> why the words 'should' and 'shouldn't' can distract us from taking the right kind of action that really makes a difference

> the importance of taking responsibility for what we want and need.
