Drumroll, please ... Welcome back to the same podcast with a brand new name and look!
Introducing SelfKind with Erica Webb (that's me!).

For nearly two years I've loved bringing you The Movement and Mindfulness Podcast every single week. Then, toward the end of 2021 I started renaming all the things (from the name of my online membership (now the SelfKind Hub), IG handle (it's now @ericawebb_selfking) and more. The podcast was the next logical step and the name just feels like a perfect fit.

So, join me for today's episode to find out more around the WHY behind the name change! In this episode I talk about why self-kindness underpins the work I do and why it matters. I also talk about my word for 2022 (be bold - technically two words, but who's counting) and the story around that.
