Description

Self-trust. This is a wide and deep topic that we're going to explore a little bit of today on SelfKind.

In this episode join me, Erica, as I talk about the distinction between trusting your body and trusting in your capacity to be in relationship with your body (i.e. to listen and be in response to what you notice). There's a subtle but, I believe, important distinction between these ideas.

As well as pondering this distinction, I talk about:

> why self-trust is quick to lose but is re-gained in small moments
> how looking at self-trust-building as evidence collection can be useful
> the ways in which we gather evidence - both in the movements we explore and in the choice to show up for ourselves and our needs.
