I know, I know, you've been told not to judge and to drop your judgements FOREVER. Especially in the context of yoga and movement. But I have a slightly different perspective which I'd love to share with you today. What if judgement could be a springboard for curiosity?
In this episode you'll hear:
- why feeling like you shouldn't have judgements can often lead you to harshly judge yourself (oh what a cyclical scenario!)
- how judgements and believing everything our thoughts tell us are different
- how judgements can invite us to get more curious
- the role of curiosity in diving deeper into understanding the roadblocks that prevent us from doing the things we say we want to do but can never quite get to 'work'.
