Description

That might be a hard idea to swallow. I mean, you've been sold the idea that your body is a problem quite literally your whole life. It's on the front of every magazine, in the content of every ad, and so deeply enmeshed in our culture that we'd be forgiven for not realising there's any other option.

But how would you treat your body if you didn't view it as a problem? What would change?

That's exactly what I'm talking about in this episode of SelfKind. I talk about:

> What changes when we stop seeing ourselves and our body as a problem (or when we at least leave space for this possibility)
> How this still leaves room for changing what is uncomfortable - like pain, tightness and aches
> Why being in relationship with ourselves requires active communication, not the ol' silent treatment we often give our body.

I also talk about my upcoming course - Low Back Love - an 8 week program that starts with this premise as the baseline. You can find out more about the program and join the waitlist here.
