I remember the moment vividly. I was probably 15 or 16 and, in a moment, trust was lost and shame was plentiful.
While this particular story is mine, I believe it's not unique. So why does it matter and what do we do with those experiences and stories if we want a kinder, more trusting relationship with ourselves? That's exactly what I'm diving into today.
