My journey through chronic neck pain and periods of deep self-loathing are a huge part of the reason behind why I do the work I do in the world. But I'd already been practising Yoga for a long time before I really found the pieces that, together, allowed me to find more self-trust and a sense of physical and emotional peace (at least most of the time!).
