And yet, boundaries are VITAL. So we are diving in!

Boundaries as a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) are a *thing*.  Why set boundaries when you can skilfully navigate everyone’s emotions and keep errrryone happy?! That’s obviously a joke … but if you’re an HSP too, I know you get it.
