I have a little story for you today. A surprising parallel between the short hiatus I took from posting on social media to our human desire to quit when we feel like we're failing.
I took a short break from posting while away for a long weekend with my family. No big thing, right? And yet, all those human thoughts started to bombard me - maybe this was it for me? Maybe I would never have anything to say ever again and should just quit.
Silly, right? So why do we do that to ourselves after we miss a few weeks of that yoga class or don't stream that class we wanted to do AGAIN? Not showing up yesterday or last week or month doesn't have any bearing on what we choose to do NOW, so why do we follow this all or nothing thinking as though it does?
Tune in to hear more, then come share your thoughts with me!
