Let's talk about mental flexibility and the reality that our practice (whether it be on the yoga mat or anywhere else) HAS to be flexible enough to respond to our changing needs.
Yet we know that structure and routine also play a huge role in helping us to create movement habits that support us in our day to day. So how do we balance out the need for both?
