What do Powerlifting and Yoga have in common? Nothing? Everything? ANYTHING? In today's interview with Kristie Guadiano Elliott we dive into this question and more.
Kristie is a Doctor of Behavioral Health and Psychologist by trade with a varied work background that has seen her working in foster care and prisons, among other places. And now, with yoga teacher training under her belt, a passion for powerlifting and a foray into health coaching, Kristie and I are chatting about what all this experience has done for the way she navigates life.
One of the things I loved about my conversation with Kristie was the way she talks about how her movement passions have truly helped her in life - not just from a physical perspective, but in how she views herself and navigates the world.
I hope you love this conversation.
