Balance. What the heck is it? And is it a worthy pursuit? In this episode I share with you the four principles I consider to find 'balance' in a part of the body - ease, specificity, strength and flexibility/mobility. These ideas formed the basis of my recent 'The Balanced Hip' Masterclass inside The Mindful Movement Virtual Studio.

Then, we also have a little chat about the distinction between balance and balancing and why we're not aiming for some magical end point, but rather being willing to be curious on a daily basis to actively respond to the needs of our body. Will we ever hit that magic point where our hips are perfectly balanced and we never have to attend to them again? Nope. But that's not a bad thing ... promise.
