Let's talk about acceptance, shall we?
Specifically, is it for cowards? Does acceptance make you weak? Complacent? Does it somehow make you a poster-child for whatever it is you've accepted (which is likely to be perceived as 'negative')?
2020 has had its fair share of things that we might want to push against. I mean, really.
Yet, acceptance is far braver than you might realise. Far from making you weak, cowardly or complacent, it actually bolsters your capacity to make change. Whether it be on the yoga mat or out in the world, acceptance is almost the first stepping stone on an unknown path to change.
