Oh have I got one delightful guest to share with you today! Sharn Rocco (PhD) is a meditation and mindfulness teacher, facilitator and practitioner, who is dedicated to bringing mindfulness to life wherever you are. Sharn is constantly inspired by witnessing how people from all walks of life are able to make changes that positively improve how they experience and respond to daily life.

In our chat today, Sharn shares with us the impact mindfulness has had in her own life, as well as breaking down some of the key elements of mindfulness to help us navigate this practice with more confidence and self-kindness.

As Sharn says: "There's no secret, it's just practice" and she's going to show us how that can look.

We also dip into the parallels between her PhD studies into feminist philosophy and mindfulness, which takes us down the path of discussing binary/dualistic thinking.  Fascinating indeed!
