Well hey, look at that, we're at the end of 2020. In that strange space between the festive season and the new year. And I would bet that a big portion of us are spending some time daydreaming and maybe even planning for what we want in 2021.

Do you set resolutions? Goals? Intentions? I love to think about what I want, but let's be clear that we can do that literally any day of the week. If you don't have a clear vision on December 31st or if you realise that you didn't want what you thought you did, the great news is that you can always choose again. Today is a new day, every day.

That said, if you are thinking about goals (any time) I have a different way of looking at them that I'd like to share with you. I want to encourage you to think about two things:
- how do you want to feel?
- what are you committed to?
