It's been a busy week especially as we welcomed my daughter home. So this week I don't have a new episode but it is looking back to episode 20 all about Gratitude. This is the episode that inspired me to keep a gratitude journal which I have now been doing ever since July of 2020. So you will here about my favorite book which helped me think about Gratitude helping you get out of the blahs. I also loved learning about the negativity bias and how gratitude can help you with that as well as a lot of other great benefits to this practice.
