In this episode I share two thoughts - one about growth and the other about gratitude. Talking about growth, I share the experience that I had last week with really sore muscles due to a HIIT workout. And how that soreness actually is helping my muscles become stronger but it hurts for a few days. And how that can also be a metaphor for growth in all aspects of our life. I also share my gratitude for my gratitude practice each morning and how that has given me more energy, improves my mood, and helps me reflect back on my day or week.
