“Unhealthy guilt is disproportionate, misplaced and irrational.” In this episode I am going to talk about the feeling I have been having lately which is unhealthy guilt. This bad feeling we can have when we haven’t done anything wrong or broken our standards but are feeling bad. Most times this feeling is misplaced. Some similar feelings like mom guilt and for me it has been a feeling like I need to do more, but do I? So bear with me as I try to explain my thoughts and some solutions on ways to help overcome this easy tendency.
