This week I share about my recent travels to Colorado, eating a lot of food in preparation for a long run that didn't happen, and just feeling BLEH once I got back.
For many, traveling is a time when we get off our normal schedule, eat some different foods, and just live in a little bit of a different way. With those shifts, our body may as well, or at the very least how we feel in our body.
