Unlike its large-scale commercial competitors, PeepLocal offers affordable memberships ranging from $4.50 a month to its upper tier, which is $25.00 a month. Subscribers have the option of canceling at any time. These flexible options give small business owners the opportunity to promote their business without breaking the bank.
Much like Google Local and Yelp, PeepLocal draws small local businesses; once these businesses create their listings, others quickly follow suit, lending a local flavor to a national platform.
Linda wears all the hats for PeepLocal.com, including that of a content creator and SEO expert. She encourages new business owners to optimize their websites and social media accounts with unique content links to other businesses.
Like most entrepreneurs, Linda didn’t have to go it alone; she credits her women’s group and business groups for their insights and support.
Linda Marie encourages new business owners to be consistent and never give up. Secondly, she emphasized the importance of taking advantage of every avenue for publicizing your business, from online press releases to social media accounts.
