Today's episode dives deep into the Trial of Derick Chauvin; he is currently on trial for the murder of George Floyd - an unarmed black man who died after Chauvin held his knee down on his neck for over 9 minutes during an arrest. The first week of the trial is in the books, and the guys explore some themes and witness testimonies brought by the prosecution. In particular, they discuss a few of the black witnesses whose testimonies gave a new perspective to the infamous incident of May 25th 2020.
The demand on Black America continues to remain higher than their white counterparts - and the ages of some key witnesses in this trial are clear proof of that.
