Brennan Wertz is the current U.S. Gravel National Champion and comes from Northern California. He has been racing the global gravel circuit since 2021, during which time he has achieved top results at many of the most prestigious U.S. gravel races. Most recently he was crowned National Champion at the Nationals in Gering, Nebraska.

Prior to getting into cycling, Brennan spent 7 years as an elite rower. He rowed at Stanford University and with the United States National Team and in 2018 he won the Under 23 Rowing World Championship.
