Celebrating the holidays can be difficult in good years, but especially challenging after experiencing a loss. This year, 2020, has been particularly challenging as many families have lost loved ones to Coronavirus as well as the usual culprits - heart disease, cancer, diabetes, flu, etc. And in the fact that we are urged to stay home and not gather with family or friends.
One way to keep your loved ones close is to keep your traditions alive. In so doing, you keep your loved ones alive too. This year I endured a hard loss when my grandmother passed away. This holiday season will be different and I will think of her while celebrating too. I hope this episode helps you cherish your loved family traditions and those that helped create them.
