For interview #3, I am talking with Kendra Booths, she owns, with her husband + three children, a small, family farm in Post Falls, Idaho. They specialize in old-fashioned + heirloom blooms zinnia, dahlia, larkspur, sunflowers, poppies, pansies, snapdragons + much more.
They believe that the best quality blooms come from healthy soil, so don’t use pesticides or fungicides on their land as they follow organic growing practices. They take pride in their approach to ethical farming to provide a habitat for beneficial insects, a playground for their children + a backdrop of beauty in their lives.
