As a locally owned + operated mobile seafood business, they pride themselves in providing outstanding customer service, knowledge + an array of superior seafood. They set sail each week + drop anchor in Coeur d’Alene + Moscow to provide their customers a truly outdoor seafood experience.
With there being an overwhelming variety of seafood available--canned, fresh, frozen, deveined, wild, farmed, smoked, etc.-- understanding the quality can be exhausting. I am finding that the best solution for all my food is to find a trusted source. Katie + Eric discuss the questions to ask your fishmonger, as well as shine light on their own processes to run a sustainable, quality business with integrity + joy.
