It all started in 2019 when we realized there was a ton of research that supports productivity for the
circadian rhythm and very little resource on the infradian rhythm – the one that guides us, menstruating humans, throughout each month.
As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and an Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Coach, we know the importance of having the right tools and resources when it comes to creating a healthy fulfilling life. That’s why we found it outrageous and unacceptable that around 800 million people who menstruate daily don’t have access to the knowledge that can truly change their lives. With our book and the planner for menstruating humans, we want to contribute to a global shift in perspective when people all over the world, across contexts and cultures acknowledge the uniqueness of our experience. That way, we could start creating a more inclusive and mindful work environment, end period shame, and promote a higher quality of life for menstruating humans all over the world.
