I don't even know where to being with Daniel Pink. He's at the top of my Mt. Rushmore of people I wanted to interview. It gave me such pleasure to finally be able to speak with him. I have all of his books on my bookshelf at home. The way Dan's mind works is fascinating to me.
In this conversation we're talking about his latest book, 'The Power Of Regret: how Looking Backward Moves Us Forward.' How many people in your life do you know that say "I live without regret"? I hear it all the time. I'm sure I've said it before. But, is that a healthy way to look at life? Should we be learning from those regrets? That's what Dan Pink has been studying in this new book and we discuss the findings.
Regret isn't a bad thing despite being sold that way. It's a very important tool to help us move forward and better ourselves. I hope you enjoy this conversation.
