Horticulture is the art of plant cultivation. A horticulturalist tends plants in gardens, produced food and medicinal ingredients, and even plants and flowers for decorative purposes.
To give us a look into the world of horticulture, we chat to Jacky Goliath, a horticulturalist from the Western Cape. She is the co founder of De Fynne Nursery and specialises in fynbos care.
